ZIPO Sewage treatment equipment is used to treat domestic sewage. According to the principle of "multi-stage gravity flow and step-by-step degradation", a new device of stage I anaerobic fermentation - stage II facultative digestion and filtration was established in a small domestic sewage purification biogas digester. It is composed of anaerobic fermentation, facultative digestion and filtration, sewage reflux and packing.
Equipment composition:
1. The submersible sewage lifting pump is placed in the regulating tank to evenly lift the sewage from the regulating tank to the equipment box.
2. The aeration fan is usually placed in the equipment room or in the rain proof structure to aerate the aerobic tank of the equipment.
3. The reflux pump is placed in the sedimentation tank to return the sludge and mixed liquid from the sedimentation tank to the anaerobic tank.
Effect of sewage treatment: The equipment is used to treat domestic sewage, and the water quality after treatment shall meet the standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996), including: pH = 6.0-9.0; chroma = 30; no unpleasant smell; total dissolved solids < 1000mg / L; BOD5 < 20mg / L; turbidity < 10mg / L; CODcr:50mg/l NH3-N < 10mg / L; anionic surfactant < 1.0mg/l; total Escherichia coli = 3 / L.
